Kurt had a long, stressful day at work, full of incompetent people and dealing with bitchy clients. He cannot wait to get home and relax with his beautiful boyfriend, perhaps crack open a bottle of wine. Blaine always seems to be able to ease the stress and tension right out of Kurt. Maybe, if he’s lucky, he could convince Blaine to give him one of his famous back massages.

Kurt enters their apartment with a groan, kicking off his shoes and placing his coat on the hook by the door. He wanders in the living room and finds Blaine spread out on their sofa with a book in his hand. Kurt smiles at the sight and walks over to him. 

Blaine must sense Kurt’s presence because he looks up and his face breaks out in a grin, which falters slightly when he sees how tired Kurt looks. 

Kurt lifts up Blaine’s legs and collapses on the sofa, setting Blaine’s legs over his thighs. He looks over at Blaine when he feels him nudging him slightly.

blaine has his arm around kurts shoulder which is normal enough for “bros”

but

in the next scene here we have blaine holding kurt close on his back and kurts hand on blaines shoulder. they could have simply leaned in to sing into the same microphone (which they’re not even doing in the second screencap) but they held each other closer to do it.
